Cloud Thieves is a premium juice company located in Staten Island New York. I had the pleasure of meeting Vince, one of the owners, at a COV unveiling in Little Italy New York, about a month ago. Vince and I struck up a conversation and he was a fan of the interview that I did for COV while at the event. He offered to send me this juice, in order to get it reviewed on our site. I, of course agreed, and here we are with the full juice review.
Vanilla custard with frosting and sprinkles.
What Does It Really Tastes Like:
If you follow my reviews, you know that I am a huge custard head. I love custard vapes, so when I was offered the chance to try this one out, I was excited about it. This is a really nice creamy, custard flavor but it is also on the sweet side. People who like traditional custard vapes with that eggy flavor might not like this juice. If you’re going to vape Kangaroo Custard, you need to have a bit of a sweet tooth.
I get the creaminess of the custard in the beginning of the pull and at the end of the pull, I get the sweetness of the frosting. Not too sure about the sprinkles part, because to be honest, sprinkles just have a straight up sweet taste. I definitely get a lot of sweetness especially on the exhale. I’m pretty sure that is the combined effect of the frosting and the sprinkles. This is a very solid custard juice but it’s not an all-day vape for me because it is a little bit on the sweet side. I do vape it a lot and I have gone through quite a bit but it’s not one of my all day everyday custards.
Because of the sweetness of this dessert juice, I do like vaping it with a nice cup of coffee. This juice actually pairs really well with a strong cup of coffee like an espresso. You vape this juice with a Starbucks sort of caramel macchiato or even a good strong cup of diner coffee and it’s a beautiful pairing. It’s a nice after dinner vape to have with a good cup of coffee.
One thing that really surprised me about this juice is it definitely is on the clean side. Most of the time, a juice this sweet and dark is a coil killer. That has not been the case with Kangaroo Custard. This juice runs pretty clean.
Vanilla custard with sprinkles and cinnamon swirl cereal crumbled on top.
The cinnamon on the back end of the Cloud Thieves Cinnaroo does a great job of waking up your mouth in the morning. This also goes very well with a good cup of coffee. Click the Buy Now button to get this great price.
What Does It Really Tastes Like:
At first, I thought this was just going to be the Kangaroo Custard with some added cinnamon swirl to it. I wasn’t too thrilled about that because I’m not really big on cinnamon flavored vapes. I have to admit, that this juice is actually a lot more than that.
I do get the vanilla custard taste right up front and in the beginning of the pull. It does taste a lot like Kangaroo Custard on the very beginning of the inhale. On the exhale, I do get a hint of dryness from the cereal as well as a very light and well done cinnamon taste. Like I said, I’m not a big fan of cinnamon but I like the way they did it in this juice. It’s not heavy at all, and it’s not in your face. It’s just a subtle hint of cinnamon with that little bit of dryness from the cereal. I get the creaminess from the vanilla and it finishes with that light cinnamon swirl taste. It actually does a great job of off setting the sweetness of the custard with frosting.
For me, this is a great breakfast vape. I like having this vape in the morning because of that hint of dryness from the cereal in the juice. I also like the creaminess of the vanilla in the morning. The cinnamon on the back end does a great job of waking up your mouth in the morning. This also goes very well with a good cup of coffee.
This juice doesn’t run as clean as Kangaroo Custard but it’s no coil killer either. It is definitely a little darker than the Kangaroo Custard and that’s to be expected because of the added cinnamon. The color difference is negligible but you’ll have to rewick a little bit more often if you run Cinnaroo.
