    I can’t believe he would say “because I don’t feel like it” as an answer to why he can’t replace a defective product. I’ve heard lots of great things about this mod and still want one. I think I will make sure I buy from a solid vendor in case I run into problems. You should try to get ahold of a manager or higher up in the company to share your story with. I would never advocate for someone to lose their job, especially this time of year, but this guy is obviously in the wrong profession. Thanks for pointing this out to the community and hopefully enough noise will be made to shake up the customer service department there and they change their policy of repair/replace defective gear based on their employee’s mood or whims that day. Shameful behavior and they have a lesson to learn.

    Dovpo, I hope you’re listening. Even if everything your guy did was by the book, he sure as hell didn’t convey it in an appropriate manner. We vapers are already leery about quality control on these mods and if we think a company isn’t gonna stand behind their product it’s a no go. There’s plenty of mods in the vaping sea. I wanted this mod but I’m holding off because nothing will ruin my day worse then $75 wasted on a mod that quits after a few weeks and a manufacturer telling me they don’t feel like helping me.

    Just watched the vid jack... thanks for the info about dovpo usa.. I dont know what dovpo in the uk are like but I havent had a very good experience with my basium with them... Oh and if you have that spare topside its my birthday on the 9th Jan... just saying... haha..

    I had the same problem with my first topside mod, the reseller give me one new but the old one as in DOA in store, no reply from Dovpo china

    Such a shame because it's actually a nice mod and a game changer. Too bad Dovpo CS just sucks ass.
