Lustro is off to the polishing shop now
Curious what he puts on it to” Polish” it?
Nothing, it's a hand held sanding machine with 10 different grades of grit, the last being super fine. You can buy the pads too and do it by hand but it takes longer.
Going to pick it up soon
You see the problem with the Kodama mods is there are loads of machine marks, they don't complete the finish which is a shame considering the price. With the exception of the Boost Kodama which is covered with a top coat and hides the marks.
The Lustro is worse than the Minikin V2 Kodama, hundreds of hair thin lines, it feels like a Matt finish but it should feel like marble.
Polished Lustro Kodama with the Kylin V2
It seems that Lustro is predominantly resin? Am I seeing it the wrong way... it sure does take the polishing very well.
No most are mainly Stabwood but mine is pretty rare, depends what you prefer I guess.
It really is gorgeous...the polishing person does an outstanding job
Yeah he polishes all my hybrid Stabwood mods
Been saving this mod for a while, blue dana mini with charging station
Congrats, I hope you love it. They are on my bucket list of mods. Nice pickup
Wow look at all the resin- just like marble!
I remember this one- very pretty!
Damn! I always wanted one. Beautiful bro!
Thanks, picked up a normal dana box in classifieds a few months ago and loved it, so knew had to get the mini, with charging station was $350, well over what I normally would spend, but know I will use it for a very long time, unlike a lot of $50 mods I normally would buy, so worth the investment I think, and is my 6 year vape anniversary next month, so using that as a excuse for the money
Definitely man and congratulations. I'm coming up on 4 years in August. Hard to believe right?
Congrats on your up coming Vaperversary- nice that you got the Mini and charging station!
Love the blue!
