Alright, everyone! Welcome to the down low portion of this video. Today, we’re going to be going over the Vaporesso Tarot Baby kit. Comes with the NRG SE tank. I’ve gone over this coil and tank before but we’ll do a quick run-through on it. But we’re not going to get in deep with it.
On the side here, you can see some of the features. Insta fire, omni board 4.0, 2 amp quick charging and it comes with a GT mesh coil. A little bit of Baby branding over there, some Vaporesso branding. On the back, let you know what is included in the packaging and some of the specs. This mod goes from 5-85W. Fires down as low as 0.03. Has a 2500 mAh built in battery tank. Holds 4.5mls.
Let’s open this thing up and let’s check it out. Check out that beauty. Good-looking mod. Let’s put it on deck for a second. Here is the NRG tank. We’re going to put that on deck. One thing I really like, you get a spare bubble glass and it comes with a bubble glass pre-installed. Awesome job, Vaporesso. There’s also a spare drip tip in there with some spare o-rings. Let’s file that to the side. We have a box within a box.
Open up that box and inside, we have a Tarot Baby owner’s manual. We have a warranty card, a nice braided micro USB cable and we also have the 0.5 ohm Ccell coil. I’ve vaped on this coil a million times before. It’s a decent coil but let’s see. Let’s move on to the tank.
From Top to Bottom
Here is the NRG SE tank, basically an NRG tank, just in a smaller form factor. Same thing going on here. Here is your drip tip, 510 drip tip, a little bit of a platform there so not all your 510s will look good on it. The one weird thing about this tank is you do have to take out the drip tip in order to slide the top cap over and fill it up. There is your fill port right there gasket. It is definitely on the stiff side and it is tough to get open so I wouldn’t have a problem throwing this in a pocket at all.
Nice beefy o-rings in there. You can see, on the bottom, we have some bottom airflow right here. Stoppers on both ends, whatever you adjust on one side, happens on the other side. There is your bubble glass. Some Vaporesso branding over there. On the bottom of the tank, we have some NRG SE tank branding. There’s also a serial number, Manufactured by Vaporesso, gold-plated 510, insulator ring around it, stainless steel threading over here.
In order to swap your coil out or change your coil or install a new coil, whatever you want to call it, you just unscrew to base like that. There is your mesh coil. We vaped on this mesh coil before. They only sent me one so sorry for using the used coil but this is old hat. It really is. There is the mesh coil. It’s the 0.18 coil good for 50-85W. No material on the coil. I would like to know what type of coil I’m vaping on but it doesn’t seem like China is listening. In order to install your coil, just put it back on like that. Screw it on and then you can fill it from the top and you’re ready to vape.
Here is the mod, kind of cool. Got like this Galactic world thing going on. They got all different types of patterns available for this. This almost looks like your screen but it’s not. Same thing going on here with some Tarot branding, some venting on the bottom. Menu button, plus, minus. Here is your screen, here’s your micro USB cable. On the top, we got a nice 510 with a designed plate around it. Spring-loaded and gold-plated, I would say it has a loose throw with a medium spring.
In order to turn the mod on, click this 5 times. This is your fire button. Your screen is actually your fire button, kind of cool. Beautiful color screen. Just like on Vaporeso Amor, same type of screen, battery meter, variable wattage. There’s my preheat, there’s my wattage resistance, volts, puffs and seconds of puff.
Now I’m going to put an atomizer on here. I’m going to put the NRG tank on so it doesn’t keep timing out on me. There is your clock feature, love that feature. It is absolutely awesome. I think every mod should have a clock feature. So let’s put an atomizer on here. So now you can see the beautiful vibrant colors. If you want to get into the menu system, hit the menu button three times, use the plus and minus to scroll through all the different settings. You have exit, variable wattage, hard, normal, soft. Here is your curve mode right there. This is super player mode. I don’t use it. There is your variable voltage mode. This is your voltage curve mode. You have stainless-steel, temperature control, nickel, titanium, M1, M2, bypass mode and this is your internal settings. In there, you can go back to default settings, set the time, the brightness, deal with your puff counter, change the theme and you can put smart mode on and off. You can also adjust the screen time out and see your version.
That’s it, folks. That’s the whole menu system. Very easy, very simple and very intuitive. Let me give you one last shot of the whole kit put together. Let’s cut back on top. Let’s vape on it, talk about it, cons, pros. We’re out of here. See you back on top.
Alright, everyone! We’re back on top with the Vaporesso Tarot Baby kit. I gotta say man, I love this little kit. It’s got a great size to power ratio. 85W in this little powerhouse I like it man I gotta say, I’ve been using it an awful lot. The tank is 24.5mm, holds 4.5 mls with the bubble glass, 2 mls with the straight glass, 2500 mAh internal battery and this thing fires down to 0.03 ohms. Has a 0.96 inch color screen. It’s available in red, teal, rainbow, blue, white and black and it also comes with like more plain. You don’t have to have these designs on it that they have. They also sell plainer versions of it so that’s kind of cool.
Let’s get into the cons and the pros.
First con is going to be, they put the screen on the short side of the mod right there. Let me tell you, they probably should have put it over here because the font is just tiny. It’s hard to see sometimes, it really is.
Internal battery mod, so you know the rule here at vaping insider. All internal battery mods are eventually throwaway mods. Sooner or later you’re going to cycle through that battery. It’s going to deplete the battery life. It’s not going to start taking a charge and sooner or later, you’re going to have to throw it out. The good news is you could keep the tank. The tanks really good.
And the other con is going to be you have to remove the drip tip to fill it. I hate that. I’d rather you see a separate locking mechanism. I don’t like that the drip tip has to be removed. It’s a pain in the neck.
Let’s move on to the pros because there’s a ton of them.
First pro is going to be really small form factor. Very pocketable. We’re going to give them a pro for that.
The tank on this one is a pro. It has nice flavor and clouds. We’re going to give them a pro for that.
Power to size ratio, pro.
Charges fast at 2 amps, basically from dead to full in one and a half hours. Not bad, not bad at all.
Fires fast, has an easy menu system, color screen with a great chipset, all pros.
Accurate in Power and TC mode, that’s a pro.
Great family coils available for the tank, pro.
Nice color selection on the kits, we’re going to give them a pro for that.
Holds 24mm atomizers with no overhang, pro.
Good-looking kit, I think it’s a looker. Check it out, man. It’s a nice looking kit with a center mounted 510. I like that, pro.
Clock feature, pro.
Chipset has a ton of bells and whistles, pro.
It’s a complete kit. All you gotta do is add juice. We’re going to give them a pro for that.
Coil longevity, the mesh coil that they include in here last pretty long. I like that. I’ve been diggin mesh coils lately. We’re going to give them a pro for that.
Fire button, the fire button on that screen, it’s kind of incognito. I like that, man. Kind of cool. I like the way they integrated it. We’re going to give them a pro for that.
