First Impression out of the Box

What’s up everybody? Deuces Jack at VapingInsider.com. Today, we got a pod system for you. It’s the Smok Infinix. I gotta tell you man, I really been enjoying this one. This has been one of my favorite pods and I have a lot of them. I’ve been vaping this Boss Salt Tobacco Havana Nights in it. Got a real nice light cigar type of taste to it. Not too overbearing, Not really a tobacco vaper but this one man -that’s nice man. This is a nice one.

Let’s cut down low. Let me get over it with you. We’ll come back on top. Maybe we’ll vape on a little bit. Cons, pros. We’re out of here. See you down low.

What’s In The Box

Smok Infinix Pod System Review

Okay everyone, welcome to the down low portion of this video. Today we’re going to go over the Smok Infinix pod system. Let’s take a quick tour around the box. There you go, alright? Blank on that side. On this side, we have some authenticity stuff and on the back, it will tell us what we have in our kit.

From Top To Bottom

Here we go. We have one Infinix mod. We have two pods, e-liquid injection bottle, USB cable and a user manual. Let’s take this thing out and get down and dirty with it. See what we have actually have here, okay?

Alright, here is the actual battery part of the mod, alright? Mine’s a little banged up because I’m a little rough on them. Here is the spare pod. Here is the pod that I’ve been using. We’ll put those to the side for now. Take out the foam insert. Take out the cardboard insert and we have a USB cable.

One thing I really like about this mod is that is has a micro USB port. We have a needle nose injection bottle right here. I think that’s a nice touch. Smok has been including that in all of their pod systems. I really like it.

Here is the manual. Gives you a little bit of drawing there on how to fill it up. This pod holds 2 mls of liquid, weighs 22 grams, has an internal 250 mah battery, and it has an input voltage of 3.3 volts to 4.2 volts. Output wattage is anywhere from 10 to 16 watts. Let’s put that to the side. What’s this little card here? We have a little warning card, telling you to let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes when you fill up the pod system.

Let’s go over the actual pod itself. See if we can get this to focus. There we go. You can see, we have two gold-plated battery contacts right here. There’s your cotton in there. Just a simple coil inside. Here is your spare pod. There is your fill port right there. All you gotta do is pull that back and you can stick that needle nose or even a regular bottle works well on there. Just don’t stick it all the way on. You need room for the air to escape. Fill it up. Push it in and then you are ready to pop it into the mod and vape.Of course, this is drawer activated. Let me put the pod that i’m using in.

Now you can see, mine’s a little banged up. That’s more my fault than anything. I’m very rough on my pods because I’m constantly throwing them in and out of my pocket.

A little bit of Infinix branding over here. LED is over here that lights up when you do pull it. It is drawer activated. Here is you micro USB port right here.

One of the things I really like about all the Smok pos system that came out, they all take USB, micro cables. I think that’s great because we all have them. Kind of has a little bit of a raised spine here on both sides. I like that. Gives it a little bit of texture when you’re vaping on it.
There is a mouthpiece part.

Nice job on it. this thing actually has an absolutely perfect draw to it. out of all the Smok pod systems that came out, this one is my favorite. And I have used it the most. In fact, this particular pod, I filled this up about, oh I don’t know. I’d say I’m on my fifth or sixth time on it right now. I wish I would have kept count.

We’re going to fill it right now. We’re going to use some BOSS Nick salts Havana Nights. This stuff is really really good. This is my second bottle. I’m telling you man, if you like, like that cigar type of vape, this is a good one. So like I said, you just stick the nozzle in there. Give it a little fill. Fill it to the top and you are done. Put the plug back in, slip it back into the mod and you are ready to vape.

Let’s cut back on top. Let’s talk about it a little bit and we’ll go over pros, cons, and then we’re out of here. Alright? See you back on top.

How Does it Vape

Oh yeah. We’re back on top with the Smok Infinix pod system. Really not a lot to say about it. It’s a pod system. It’s a simple device. Smok, they did a real good job with it. I like the little spine in the middle. Gives them a little bit of texture when you’re holding it. you know that little pop-out in the middle. Pocketable, put it in a shirt pocket, jacket pocket, front jeans pocket, you’re good to go. It’s everything a pod system should be. It’s got a nice capacity.

The drawer on it is absolutely perfect. I mean, this thing just draws nicely. It’s a semi-loose mount to lung draw but mouth to lung will definitely enjoy it if you’re, if you’re coming off of cigarettes, you’ll like this man. I man, check it out.

Nice hit when you use Nick Salt with it. In fact, what have I been using in this? I’ve been using this black unicorn. I’ve been using the apple in it. Really really good. In another pod, I also used the BOSS. Where is it? The BOSS Havana Nights. I’ve been rocking two pods. Carrying them in my pocket. Switch in a minute now. I like that. I like that you’re able to carry all the pods with you.

Cons

Let’s get into the official cons and pros.
My first con is probably going to be, it’s real subjective because, admittedly, I’m very rough on my mods. But I’m a little surprised that the finish started to rub off already. It’s been in my pocket a few times. Maybe with a couple of other items. But I didn’t expect it to rub off like that. It did get a little rough around the edges. I think they could have done a better job on the finish. I have put other pod systems in my pocket. And I haven’t fared like this one did. So I’m going to give it a con on the finish. I think he could have been a little bit more adorable.

And I’m also give it a con on that plug system when you’re filling it up. You almost got to have like girly nails to get in there and pop that thing open. Really annoying. They should have made it a little easier to actually open it. maybe put a little carve-out around it or something. I don’t know, but it’s a pain in the neck to open up.

But that’s it on the cons, man.

Pros

This is a really really good pod system. It’s Draw-activated. We’re going to give a pro for that. A pro for the pocketability. We’ll give them a pro for the perfect airflow. I think the airflow on this is absolutely superb. I’m going to give a pro on the slimness. You know, you an put it in a shirt pocket. It’s not too heavy. You may even hang this one out of your mouth like a cigarette because it’s really not that heavy, okay? We’ll give them a pro for the LED, the battery indicator. Good job on that.

Big pro on the micro USB port on the bottom. Fantastic. Good job. I hate when I got to use a proprietary charger. Really good job on that. i’ll even give them a pro on the capacity. It’s got a nice capacity to it. it really does.

And the biggest pro I’m going to give them is the pod longevity. These pods last long. They say I guess four to five fill ups. I think I’m on my seventh or eighth on this pod right now and I have no significant loss of flavor or vaper. Great job on that, Smok, okay?

Conclusion

And this all I have for you today, folks. This was the Smok Infinix pod system. If you’re in the market for a good pod system, this is a good one. This is a top, this is a top three pod system. It really is. It’s that good.
